The Genitourinary Pathology Society has been classified as a Public Charity 509 (a) (2) by the Internal Revenue Service and as such is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501 (c) (3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to the Genitourinary Pathology Society under Internal Revenue Code 170. Our organization is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
