2024 – 19/Dec 2
A female patient in her 40s presented with renal impairment. CT intravenous pyelography demonstrated longstanding right hydronephrosis and hydroureter with lower ureteric obstruction. At ureteroscopy there was a lesion in the right lower ureter that was biopsied (three biopsies, each 1mm). This was followed by right distal ureterectomy and ureteric reimplantation. The first four images are from the diagnostic biopsy and the last image is from the resection specimen.

A 26-year-old male patient presented with a renal mass and subsequently underwent nephrectomy. The resected specimen was submitted for pathological evaluation.

A male patient in his early 70s underwent surgical removal a single pedunculated 3 cm polypoid tumor in the bladder mucosa at the left lateral wall.

2024 – 16/Aug12
A male patient in his 70s presented with a slowly growing left scrotal mass. Scrotal ultrasound examination showed a large 11 x 8 x 5 cm solid and cystic mass within the left hemiscrotum. The testis and epididymis could not be separately identified. CT scan of the chest, abdomen and pelvis showed a large heterogeneous mass in the left para-aortic region 147 x 94 x 87 mm, of which biopsy was inconclusive. The patient subsequently underwent left radical orchidectomy.

2024 – 15/Jul30
66-year-old male with past medical history of prostate cancer presented with an increasing size of a chronic hydrocele causing progressive urination difficulty. CT revealed a large 14 cm left hydrocele causing mass effect on the testis with vascularized nodularity surrounding the testis and extending along the wall of scrotum. He subsequently underwent radical orchiectomy of the left testis and hydrocelectomy.
