The patient, a 78-year-old male, presented with painful palpable bilateral intrascrotal soft nodules. Testicular ultrasound indicated hypoechoic bilateral testicular masses. Serum markers were reported as normal. There was a history of prostate cancer treated with radiation. A right orchiectomy was performed. 78-year-old patient with an intrascrotal mass.
